Photo Future
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Future collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our AI-powered image transformation service.
1. Who We Are
Photo Future is operated by Yerlan Kussainov, an individual owner based at Azilhan Nurshaikov 10, 213, Astana, Kazakhstan.
For privacy questions or data requests, contact us at photofuture@team.antspro.com.
2. About the Service
Photo Future lets users upload their own photo and receive an AI-generated image showing a more mature or older-looking version of that person.
The service is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is offered as a creative and entertainment-oriented experience and is not intended to provide factual predictions of future appearance, facial recognition, or identity verification.
Photo Future is designed around adult self-photo uploads. Child photos, public figures, explicit sexual content, face swaps, and impersonation-style use are not permitted.
3. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit Photo Future, create an account, upload a photo, purchase or subscribe to the service, contact support, or interact with our analytics, cookies, and similar technologies.
4. Information You Provide to Us
- Account data, such as your email address and login details.
- Uploaded self-photos and generated images processed to provide the requested AI result.
- Support messages and other communications you send to us.
5. Information Collected Automatically
- Technical and device data, including IP address, browser type, device information, language settings, referral URLs, and approximate location from IP.
- Usage, attribution, and analytics data, including UTM parameters, click IDs, page activity, session events, and similar identifiers.
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement when enabled.
6. Billing and Transaction Information
We do not generally store full payment card details ourselves. Payments, subscriptions, taxes, and related billing operations are handled by Polar as merchant of record. For those transactions, Polar acts as the reseller and issues the related billing records to customers.
- Purchase and subscription metadata received from Polar, such as order IDs, plan details, billing region, payment status, and limited billing-related records needed to manage access, disputes, refunds, and compliance.
7. How We Use Personal Data
- Provide, secure, and operate Photo Future.
- Process uploaded photos and generate your requested AI-created result.
- Create and manage accounts when account features are available.
- Process subscriptions, billing, refunds, and access control.
- Detect fraud, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and protect our rights.
- Measure funnel performance, attribution, campaign quality, and product usage.
- Respond to support requests and privacy rights requests.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications.
8. Legal Bases for EEA Users
If you are located in the EEA or Switzerland, we generally rely on one or more of these legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
We use consent where law requires it, including for certain non-essential analytics and advertising technologies.
9. Uploaded Photos and Sensitive Content
Uploaded photos may contain highly personal information. You may only upload your own adult self-photo.
Photo Future does not use uploaded photos for identity verification or facial recognition, we do not sell biometric or biometric-like data, and we do not use uploaded photos or generated outputs to train or fine-tune our AI models without separate explicit consent.
Please do not upload child photos, public figures, explicit or suggestive sexual content, face-swap material, content meant for impersonation, or any material you do not have the right to use.
10. AI Service Providers
To deliver core AI functionality, we may transmit uploaded photos and related request data to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini. These providers process data to help us generate the requested output for you.
We use these providers as part of delivering the service itself, not to build a public gallery or to train our own models on your submitted photos.
Our core storage and application infrastructure is operated through Railway, and our subprocessors may process data in Kazakhstan, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
11. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell uploaded photos as a standalone commercial dataset. We may share personal data in the following situations:
- Service providers acting on our behalf under contractual restrictions.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
- Authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required by law or reasonably necessary.
- A buyer, successor, or other transferee in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.
12. Retention
We use a limited-retention approach wherever reasonably possible, but some account-linked results remain available until you delete them or remove your account.
Original uploaded self-photos used for processing are typically deleted automatically about 10 minutes after generation, unless a longer retention period is reasonably required for security, debugging, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Generated images saved to your account Library may remain available until you delete them, delete your account, or we remove them under our policies.
Account, billing, security, analytics, and support records may be retained for longer periods where needed for service operations, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, tax compliance, backups, or legal obligations.
13. Service Providers
- Railway for hosting and infrastructure.
- OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI processing functionality.
- Polar as merchant of record for billing, subscription, tax, payment, invoice, and receipt operations.
- Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel for analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement when enabled.
We may also disclose personal data to professional advisers, legal authorities, or business transferees when required or reasonably necessary.
14. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, preserve attribution data, analyze user behavior, and measure campaign performance.
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will request consent before enabling analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Meta Pixel.
You can learn more in our Cookie Policy.
15. International Transfers
We are based in Kazakhstan and may use providers in other countries, including the United States. When required, we rely on contractual protections or other recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Depending on your location, your personal data may be processed outside your home jurisdiction where privacy laws may differ.
16. Marketing Emails
If we send marketing emails in the future, users will be able to unsubscribe through the email itself or by contacting us at photofuture@team.antspro.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send transactional or service-related communications about your account, purchase, subscription, support issue, or security notice.
17. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To make a privacy request, email photofuture@team.antspro.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
In some regions, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
18. California and U.S. State Privacy Notice
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with an applicable privacy law, you may have additional rights, subject to legal thresholds and exceptions, such as rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain kinds of data sharing.
To submit a request, email photofuture@team.antspro.com.
You may also delete saved results or request deletion of your account and associated account-linked data through the account area or by contacting us.
19. Children and Minors
Photo Future is intended only for adults and does not allow uploads of children or minors. If we learn that prohibited minor-related content was submitted, we may remove it and restrict associated access.
20. Security and Updates
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the last updated date.
