Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Photo Future purchases and subscriptions.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments, subscriptions, taxes, and many billing operations for Photo Future are handled through Polar as merchant of record. This means Polar may process or issue refunds in accordance with applicable law, payment network rules, fraud prevention requirements, and its own billing operations.
2. General Rule
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for every purchase. Eligibility depends on the facts of the case, applicable law, whether the service was delivered, and any required action by Polar as merchant of record.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed for the current billing period unless required by law or approved as an exception.
4. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered
- A duplicate charge for the same purchase.
- A charge made in error.
- A technical issue on our side that prevented delivery of the purchased service and could not be reasonably resolved.
5. Situations Generally Not Eligible
- A subscription period that has already started and provided access, unless required by law or approved as an exception.
- Failure to cancel before the next renewal date.
- Dissatisfaction with stylistic or subjective aspects of AI-generated results where the service was delivered.
6. Chargebacks and Risk Review
To reduce fraud, disputes, and chargebacks, Polar may issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion. This may happen even if we would otherwise prefer a stricter refund approach.
7. How To Request a Refund
If you believe you were charged in error or have a refund request, contact us as soon as possible and include the email used for purchase plus any relevant order details.
